Resources in the project

The resources in the project are where all files, notes and folders for the project are.

  1. When you want to go to the resources in the project, you must click 'Resources' in the project menu.
    You then have the following options.
  2. Here you can see the tree structure for the content in the project resources and easily navigate through it.
  3. Here you can search for content in the project resources based on the name that they have been created with.
  4. Here you can add new resources.
  5. Here you can choose what you want to do with the resources that you have highlighted. This can e.g. be to copy, move, delete, activate, deactivate, download etc.
  6. Here you can define whether a resource is active or not. If a resource is not active, it will not be shown on the overview page of the project participants, even though you are working on it.
  7. Here you have more options: You can use the padlock to manage the permissions for the resources. Who may change them etc. You can use the pencil to edit the resources and the red cross to delete the resources.

 

Add new resources

If you want to add a new resource on your project, you must click 'Add' as shown in item 4 above.

You will then be able to add a number of different resources:

8.   You can use a folder to organise the content of the project resources. You can click here to go to the guide to the folder tool.

9.   Here you can upload a file for the project resources from your computer. You can click here to go to the guide to the upload of a file.

10.  Here you can create a link in the project resources. You can click here to go to the guide to the creation of a link.

11.  You can use the Note tool to write a note with the use of the Rich Text Editor. This means that you will also be able to e.g. use both videos as well as pictures. You can click here to go to the guide to the Rich Text Editor.

12.  Here you can add a picture with a description. You can click here to go to the guide to pictures with a description.

13.  You can use the Conference tool to both text-based chat (max. 50 participants), to video chat (max. 10 participants), as well as to video conference (max. 4 video feeds at a time). You can click here to go to the guide to the Conference tool.

14.  A discussion is a forum where you can create threads and write contributions to each other's threads. You can click here to go to the guide to discussions.

15.  You can use the Survey tool to carry out a simple survey among the participants in the project. You can click here to go to the guide to the Survey tool.
