An authentication factor is a method used to verify your identity when attempting to log in. At Absalon, we use the Microsoft Authenticator app as our multi-factor authentication (MFA) solution for accessing Absalon’s systems and websites.

Here’s how it works: When you log in using your Absalon credentials, you’ll be asked to verify your login by entering a code displayed in the app on your phone. The app is free to use, and you can install it on more than one device if needed.
