Change of password (Without MitID)
Your password was stated in the welcome letter you received at the start of your studies.
Since it may be difficult to remember, we recommend changing it to something more personal and easier for you to recall.
If you have forgotten your password, then you have to contact Helpdesk at +45 7248 1111 or e-mail: [email protected].
Down below you can see an example of your welcome letter that you have recieved at the beginning of your studies.
If you know your password and wish to change it
Open a web browser (e.g. Firefox, Google Chrome or Edge)
Go to: http://selvbetjening.pha.dk and select option 1:
Enter your Absalon e-mail and your current password (2 & 3)
Click on the link beneath 'Absalon-login' (4)
5. Enter your Absalon email
6. Enter your old password
7. Enter your new password
8. Enter your new password again
Your password is now changed!
Please notice that you will need to use the same password for all the services provided by Absalon. As soon as you have changed the password, the change will apply to all services.
You can change your password as often as you like.
