Change of password (Without NemID/MitID)
In the welcome letter that you received in the beginning of your study, your password is stated. This can be difficult to remember, so we recommend that you change it to something that is easier for you to remember.
If you have forgotten your password, then you have to contact Helpdesk at Tel.: 7248 1111 or email: [email protected].
Down below you can see an example of your welcome letter that you have recieved at the beginning of your studies.
Here is an example of a welcome letter. We recommend that you save the letter.
If you know your password, and wishes to change it
Open a web browser (e.g. Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Internet Explorer)
Go to the address: http://selvbetjening.pha.dk
1: Press on option 1
2. Enter your Absalon email
3. Enter your current password
4. Press on the link beneath 'Absalon-login'.
5. Enter your Absalon email
6. Enter your old password
7. Enter your new password
8. Enter your new password again
Your password is now changed!
Please notice that you will need to use the same password for all the services provided by Absalon. As soon as you have changed the password, the change will apply to all services.
You can change your password as often as you like.
