Log in with your Absalon login and upload a photo to activate your digital student card.

We recommend using a mobile phone, as it provides the best experience.

How to do it

1. Open a browser on your mobile phone and go to https://studiekort.pha.dk
2. Log in with your Absalon login
3. Follow the guide to upload a photo – you can either use your phone’s camera or choose a photo from your phone’s photo album.
   (Note: Make sure there is only one face in the photo you use.)
4. Once you have saved your photo, you can choose whether your picture may also be used as a profile image in other Absalon systems.
   This can make it easier for your fellow students and teachers to recognize you in daily activities.
   (The function to transfer your photo to other systems is not yet active, but you can already give consent for your photo to be used in other systems.)
5. Once your photo is saved, your new digital student card is ready to use.

Tips, tricks, and info

• If the student card app asks if you want to install the app on your phone, we recommend choosing Yes.
  This makes it easier to show your card in the future.
• On some phone models, you can also save the student card as a shortcut. Press "Install" at the bottom and follow the instructions
• It is easiest to activate your student card from a mobile phone – it makes it simpler to take or select a photo.
• If your photo cannot be approved, please try again and make sure:
  • There is only one face in the photo.
  • Your face is clear and centered in the photo.
  • Your eyes are visible (no sunglasses).
• In most cases, the student card remembers your login, so you don’t need to log in every time you use it.
• The student card app automatically checks the validity of your student card each time you use it, and it will automatically become inactive once you finish your studies at Absalon.
• Your student card is stored in the system even if you change your phone – simply start the app on your new phone.
